It was with great sadness that I heard the news of John's passing earlier this week, even though we all knew it was expected.John and Jean sat close to me at the televised games and he always greeted you with a smile and a handshake as we briefly discussed the trials and tribulations of following CELTIC. They were always great supporters of all club functions and were missed when not around.Sadly in John's case that will now be a permanent feeling.The cruel disease that is cancer has taken another one of the good guys and Perth CSC has not only lost a good CELTIC man but also a nice man. My heartfelt symapthy goes out to Jean and all his close family and friends.
Rest In Peace John.

So sad to hear that John has passed away. He was always such a lovely kind man,had a smile and a welcome for everyone, and always made me feel welcome. Jean and your family my thoughts and love are with you.RIP John.
